Carolyn
has a degree in art from the University of California at Berkeley
with studies in printmaking, architecture, and calligraphy. She is
able to combine her background in fine art with her passion for baking
and the pastry arts.
Carolyn
has honed her bakings skills by working in many of the finest hotels
and bakeries in the Bay Area as well as with apprenticeships in
Paris and Nice, France.
Whether
influenced by a detail in a bride's dress, the shape of a flower,
or the architecture of a wedding site, Carolyn will work with you
in designing a cake that will compliment your wedding.
Carolyn's
work has been featured in The Knot, Today's Bride, Modern Bride,
and Newsday.
