Carolyn Wong Cakes are culinary wonders. Ranging from the simple and elegant, the whimsical and fun to the formal and traditional, "cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious" is our philosophy. The cakes are light on the palate yet full of rich flavor because they are created from all natural ingredients using fresh seasonal fruit, real creamery butter and cream, and fine American and European chocolates. We carefully balance flavors and textures in our cakes and each cake is made to order for your special occasion.
Personal and professional attention is our hallmark. From our first meeting, until your cake is delivered and set up, we are dedicated to making your event special and distinctive.
About Carolyn
Carolyn has a degree in art from the University of California at Berkeley with studies in printmaking, architecture, floral design, and calligraphy. She is able to combine her background in fine art with her passion for baking and pastry arts.
Carolyn has honed her baking skills by working in many of the finest hotels and bakeries in the Bay Area as well as with apprenticeships in Paris and Nice, France.
Whether influenced by a detail on a bride's dress, the shape of a flower, or the architecture of a reception site, Carolyn will work with you in designing a cake that will compliment your special event.
